Born and raised in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Jack Bradley is a Chinese-Australian whose passion for Asian cuisine has been passed down to him through the generations.
Fondly named after his mother, MS.SUE is a new restaurant that pays homage to Jack’s roots. This unified vision of bringing together the old and new reflects in the menu, furthering Jack’s pursuit for a modern Asian-Australian identity within the culinary world.
Taking inspiration from his childhood memories and overseas travel, Jack wants to bring the traditional flavours of Asia into his contemporary, Australian kitchen.
